Our Customer Support is the central interface between our customers and us. The central task of our customer service is to provide first-class support to our customers.
Key responsibilities of the team:
- Processing of all kinds of customer enquiries via e-mail, chat or telephone.
- Supporting customers in the use of the websites.
- You will be responsible for complaint management.
- Support and development of the customer base.
- Supporting other departments, in particular with the payment transactions, AML and fraud prevention departments.
The following skills are required:
- Excellent typing skills.
- Structured as well as customer and service-oriented work.
- Team player and strong communication skills.
- Even in difficult cases you remain calm, patient and friendly.
- Fluent knowledge of the English language.
- Knowledge of German and/or Turkish is an advantage.
- Previous experience in the field of sports betting is desirable, as is professional experience in customer service, primarily in call centres, is also an advantage.
