Customer Support

Our Customer Support is the central interface between our customers and us. The central task of our customer service is to provide first-class support to our customers.

Key responsibilities of the team:

  • Processing of all kinds of customer enquiries via e-mail, chat or telephone.
  • Supporting customers in the use of the websites.
  • You will be responsible for complaint management.
  • Support and development of the customer base.
  • Supporting other departments, in particular with the payment transactions, AML and fraud prevention departments.

The following skills are required:

  • Excellent typing skills.
  • Structured as well as customer and service-oriented work.
  • Team player and strong communication skills.
  • Even in difficult cases you remain calm, patient and friendly.
  • Fluent knowledge of the English language.
  • Knowledge of German and/or Turkish is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in the field of sports betting is desirable, as is professional experience in customer service, primarily in call centres, is also an advantage.
